Q: How often are my maintenance fees due? Whom do I make the check out to and where do I send it?
A: The maintenance fees are to be paid the first of every month. It is considered late on the 10th for a late charge of $25.

A: All Condo owners are able to use the following: pool, tennis court, clubhouse, and dog-walk.
Q: What amenities are provided by the Association?
A: Water, sewage and garbage are included in the monthly fees. As well as the maintenance of all common areas. Each resident has access to the recreational facilities as well.
Q: How do I get another common area key and or parking sticker?
A: Common area keys are cut by maintenance staff. Resident should contact a staff member of maintenance to obtain a key. There are no parking decals.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, upon approval from the Board, pets are permitted. No more than two pets per unit.
Q: Is approval required for lease?
A: Yes, the owner must reside in their unit for a minimum of 12 months before leasing. There is an application process which includes a non-refundable application fee of $100. Forms are provided upon request.
Q: How do I get my unit treated for pest control?
A: Falcon Pest Control will service your unit for $25.
Q: If I want to make alterations in my condo, do I need permission?
A: Written approval is required for alterations such as: electrical, plumbing, altering walls, floors, windows, or anything that would require a permit. Please submit, in writing, a request of your alterations to Management.
Q: How do I report a maintenance issue?
A: Call the office number below to report all maintenance issues. If the office is closed you will have the option to be transfered to the after hours support personnel.
