Q: How often is the maintenance fee due? Whom do I make the check out to and where do I send it?A: The homeowner dues are to be paid the first of every month. The dues are considered late on the 10th of the month and a $10 late fee will apply. Your monthly dues are to be made out to Bay Hill Apartment. Please mail your payments to:

A: Bay Hill does not have any recreational facilities. The Club and Lodge facilites are for members only. For more information please contact the club house office at (407) 876-2429.
Q: Where do I put my trash?
A: Trash is to be put in the trash benches and is picked up Monday thru Friday. There is no pick up on weekends and holidays.
Q: What is included in my maintenance fees?
A: Basic cable and waste collection is included along with pest control.
