Q: What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
A: Each lot has one vote.

Q: What restrictions exist in the documents on my right to use my residence?
A: This is a single family residential community.

Q: What restrictions exist in the document on the transfer of ownership of my lot?
A: Any Owner, other than Declarant, desiring to sell or otherwise transfer title to that Owner's Lot shall give the Board at least fourteen (14) days' prior written notice of the name and address of the purchaser or transferee, the date of such transfer of title, and such other information as the Board may reasonably require.

Q: What restrictions exist in the document on the leasing of my residence?
A: No residence and/or dwelling may be leased or rented for a term shorter than twelve (12) consecutive months. No residence and/or dwelling may be subject to more than one (1) lease in any twelve (12) month period.

Q: How much are my assessments to the association and when are they due?
A: The annual assessment is $2,130.00 and is due on January 1st of each year.
